The artist believes that cake should reflect the personality of the person it is made for. There are two types of cake, caramelized banana and a rich devil food They are filled with chocolate ganache and caramelized bananas then topped with Mascarpone Icing. The multi-flavours of this cake reflect the decadent, complex personality of the client.
