When visitors come to see Westcoast First Nations peoples, they are honoured and fed salmon. Salmon have always been life-giving to First Nations peoples, and their presence always indicates abundance. Upon entering the helicopter, a visitor is greeted with images of trees and mountains, synonymous with this region. Historically visitors would sometimes be adorned with blankets; here the seats are themselves adorned with their own regalia, and envelop the visitor with these images of plenty.
