Equilibrium is balance, where thought and action create harmony.  The artist has used the animals to symbolize these states of being. The ideologies of thought are on the left panel, where the strong knowledgeable eagle uses the life-giving sun to propel its determined and resourceful nature to gain wisdom. And action is on the right, with the intelligent trickster, the raven, reflecting in the introspective mysterious moon's energies to slow his fast acting personality into focus-determined achievements. These panels are symbols of unity and safety, and are appropriate to the centrally placed reception desk.
